Voluta Provocator mirabilis (H. J. Finlay 1926) Gorgeous Heavy! Gem 107,9 mm. Very beautiful and glossy. Yellowish color. Cream, pale yellowish/orange color aperture and thick lip with white over line. Has micro defects, slightly chipped protoconch and few nicks on the canal. Trawled at 500 m. East of Auckland's Islands, South East of South Isl. New Zealand 1994

Bluish/white aperture and thick lip. Trawled at 300-320 m. 20 miles off South East of Durban, South Africa 1987

Very beautiful unusual color and shape. Cream/white color background with attractive tones of brown, beige, blue blotches, marks and dots, yellow ring.
