Purpura persica (Linne 1758) Gorgeous Superb!
F+++/Gem 59,8 mm. Very beautiful and heavy. Brown color with black, white, cream spiral lines and dots, attractive sculpture with nodulose cords. Amazing black, brown, orange, blue, white base, ribbed aperture and lip with teeth. Has a slightly growth mark on the base. Taken on exposed rock at low tide. Honiara, Guadalcanal Isl. Solomon Islands 1970
