Phalium areola (Linne 1758) Gorgeous Dark!
F+++/Gem 57,2 mm. Very beautiful and glossy, rare in Australia. Bluish, white color with attractive tones of dark brown and beige pattern. Beige, white base with brown marks, aperture, thick lip with soft pale yellowish marks and sharp teeth. Has a slightly growth mark on the dorsum. Taken in sand bar at night, low tide. Don River, Townsville, North Qld. Australia 1987
