Murexsul octogonus (Quoy & Gaimard 1833) Gorgeous Large!
F+++ W/O 49,8 mm. Very beautiful. White color with attractive brown nodulose cords and perfect spines. White mature ribbed aperture and lip with spiny teeth. Has a drill hole on the apex and chips on the side of the canal. Dredged at 45-50 m. Off Pakiri, Mission Bay, North Isl. New Zealand 1996
