Hemifusus tuba (Gmelin 1781) Gorgeous Great Specimen!
F+++/Gem W/O 120 mm. Very beautiful, hard to get nowadays. Cream, grayish, white and pale yellowish/beige color to the top, attractive sculpture with spiral spines and nodulose cords. Pale orange, cream, white aperture and lip with teeth. Has slightly chipped protoconch. Trawled at 20-30 m. Off Kanegashima, Aichi, Japan 1980
