F+++/Gem 17,4 mm. Very beautiful and glossy, special east Mediterranean form. Multicolor attractive pattern and fine cords. White aperture and beige thick lip with teeth. The protoconch is slightly chipped. Taken under rocks in shallow water. Haifa, Israel 1987

F+++/Gem 80,7 mm. Very beautiful. Dorsum black color background with multicolor spots and marks. Black margins and base with beige small basal blotch. F++/F+++ 71,1 mm. Very beautiful. Dorsum cream color background with attractive tones of brown, beige marks and spots. Beige, gray margins and base with brown, beige spots and marks. Has very small tinny spots and micro defects doesn't detract from it's overall beauty. Very reasonable quality for this species. From Greek trawlers taken from local people. Senegal, West Africa 1978
